1. High yield, simple protocol, short processing time

  • Only five major simple steps(right) of GTpure„· Plasmid Minprep Purification Kit are required to deliver up to 20ug of purified plasmid DNA from as little as 1 ml E. coil LB culture within 12 minutes for one single preparation

  • Only three buffer adding and gently shaking steps are required to lyse the bacteria. One simple washing step removes all residual amount of nucleases. A load of elution buffer with short entrifugation is enough to withdraw pure plasmid DNA from the spin column.

    6. Molecular Cloning Applications

    		Plasmids purified using GTpure Plamsid Miniprep Purification Kit are compatible with most lecular cloning procedures such as enzymatic reactions, transformation, and PCR amplification.
