PRODUCT FEATURES
1. One Kit, two functions

  • GTpure Gel/PCR Purification Kit is designed to recover the desired fragment(s) from agarose gel(s) and amplified PCR products from mixtures.
    		•

    2. High recovery rate

  • The optimized silica membrane based spin column technology promotes high recovery rate: up to 90% of DNA fragment ranging form 100-bp to 5kb can be recovered from agarose gel and 80% - 95% PCR product can be recovered form PCR mixture.
