Recommendations to our valued customers
There is a small bottle of Tune-up Buffer (UP Buffer) provided in our both GTpureTM Plasmid Miniprep Purification Kit (50 preps) and GTpureTM Gel/PCR Purification Kit (50 preps). This UP Buffer is very important for the kit performance. We strongly recommend our customers to wash the spin columns before the DNA binding step (Please refer to the manual for detailed procedures).
